Conveying technology for the transfer of work between processing operations is an essential technology for automation. As the semiconductor manufacturing process and liquid crystal manufacturing process become larger and more refined, there is a growing demand for cleaner and finer adsorption conveying technologies. Non-contact conveying technology utilizes Bernoulli's principle. When a fluid is introduced into a narrowed flow path, the flow velocity increases and the pressure decreases according to Bernoulli's principle. This pressure drop is used to transport the workpiece. Non-contact conveying technology is a method of transporting without making contact with the workpiece, preventing contamination and making it an ideal conveying technology.
